Delivery, Returns & Concellations

Delivery:

There is a standard delivery fee of R85.00. Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery.

Deliveries take between 2-5 working days. 

Once Just Lose It has successfully processed your order, we will automatically send you confirmation of your purchase or subscription. If your purchase requires delivery, our courier company will notify you with updates until the goods are delivered. If you subscribe to Just Lose It, we will automatically send you confirmation of your subscription with the next steps for your program and a coach will make contact. 

 

Returns:  

There are no returns or exchanges. If you are concerned about a product or service you have received from Just Lose It, please contact jade@justloseit.co.za

  

Cancellations:

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial 3-months. Please contact jade@justloseit.co.za within 1 month of your subscription’s auto-renewal date. If you do not receive confirmation of your cancellation within two working days, please call +27 82 888 7588 immediately as your cancellation may not be complete.
